Pricing Our pricing for the whole house inspection is based on the size and age of the home and is subject to change. This pricing is for payment at the inspection; add $30 for billing to closing. Additional Items ( these items are commonly added to the whole house inspection ) Termite Inspection........$75 (with a home inspection; ODAFF-1 or NPMA-33) Crawl Space................$40 (also known as conventional foundation) Basement...................$40 (unless included in total square footage) Older Homes...............$50 (add this for homes built before 1945) Sprinkler System...........$20-30 CD Option...................$15 (Inspection Reports and Pictures stored to a CD) Follow-up Inspection......$75 (Some restrictions apply) Example #1 The inspection for a home of 2700 square feet that is on a slab foundation with 2 heat & air systems with a termite inspection would cost $325.00. Example #2 The inspection for a home of 1450 square feet that is on a conventional foundation with 1 heat & air systems would cost $240.00.
