Our pricing for the whole house inspection is based on the size and age of the home and is subject to change.
This pricing is for payment at the inspection; add $25 for billing to closing.

CD Option...................$15 (Inspection Reports and Pictures stored to a CD file)
Follow-up Inspection......$65 (Some restrictions apply)

The inspection for a home of 2700 square feet that is on a slab foundation with 2 heat & air systems with a termite inspection would cost $350.00.
Example #2
The inspection for a home of 1450 square feet that is on a conventional foundation with 1 heat & air systems would cost $260.00.
We accept cash, check, credit card, or we can invoice for payment at closing.
